Welcome Party 🌸
Friday 7/31 | 4:30–6:30 PM | West Lawn at the Hotel
Models & Plus Ones Only.
Join us on the West Lawn at the hotel; for an intimate Welcome Party for Models and their Plus-ones! Enjoy light bites, snacks, and drinks while mixing and mingling with iconic Alopecia influencers and other Baldtourage Members!
Attire: Dress in summer cocktail attire: floral dresses, skirts, heels, elevated summer glam.
The perfect way to connect, take photos, and kick off an unforgettable weekend. ✨
Dinner Break 🍽️
Friday 7/31 | 6:30 - 8 PM
Enjoy a 1.5-hour break to reset and recharge! Head back to your room to change into your pajamas, grab dinner, relax, and regroup before the evening festivities continue.
Take this time to freshen up, unwind, and get cozy! We’ll see you back feeling refreshed and ready. 💕
Pajama Party🧖♀️
Models Only.
Change into your PJs and join us for a cozy, models-only Pajama Party.
8:00–9:30 PM – All Models
Slumber party style games, fun activities, face masks, and time to connect with the other models.
At 9:30 PM, the girls will head to bed, and the ladies will stay from 9:30–11:00 PM for a fun “after hours” adult time!💕
Saturday - August 1, 2026
Glam Hour💄
Models Only.
Prior to the day, each model will receive a scheduled 45 minute time slot between 10:00 AM & 3:00PM for Glam Hour.
During your appointment, you’ll have your makeup professionally done, try on and select your runway wig, and finalize your full look for the show, including outfit details and styling touches. Details about what the models runway outfits TBA.
Once the model has makeup, wig, and outfit finalized, they can take a break and grab a quick lunch at the hotel or nearby; on their own terms.
Family & Friends are welcome to get lunch at the hotel & connect with other families while Models are at the Glam Hour.
Fashion Show👗
3:00pm All Models Return from Break
3:30 PM – Rehearsal
We will have a full dress rehearsal with the DJ and all of the Models in their outfits, wigs, and makeup.
4:30 PM – Doors Open
Friends and family are welcome to arrive, mix and mingle with some drinks, find their seats, and get ready for the big show!
6:00 PM – Show Begins
The runway comes to life as our models take the stage for an unforgettable evening of confidence, beauty, and community.
Reception🥂
7-9 PM
Join us after the show for a celebratory reception filled with connection and community.
Enjoy drinks and small bites while browsing vendor booths and meeting some of your favorite brands.
Hear from special guests from our community while enjoying some music, taking photos, and making new friends!
